The glamping pods were lovely, it was very clean and had everything we might need, the area had lots of nice hikes to offer.
The offer includes some unexpected costs that I found surprising. I specifically selected a pod with a hot tub and paid an additional fee for it, only to discover a few days before my stay that the extra payment was solely for the provision of the hot tub, not its usage. I received a message from the host indicating that if I wished to use the hot tub, an additional payment would be required via their personal bank account, rather than through the booking platform. Had I been aware of these potential extra costs despite the initial additional payment, I might have chosen a different accommodation. They should be more transparent about the prices, so that customers can make an informed decision.

Beautiful area with lovely views and cute clamping pod, spotless inside and lovely seating area outside. Everything in the pod to make for a peaceful stay, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The farm animals were lovely to watch, and a very friendly cat came to visit regularly 😀 communication from Caplor was brilliant, giving clear instructions from start to finish. Would definitely recommend 😊

Had half our money refunded within 24hrs
Out door facilities ie hot tub,fire pit,pizza oven was not available for use due to government guidelines. We were told the day before our visit, we booked this particular site for the outdoor facilities. We were not offered any kind of discount nor were we able to cancel without loosing 50% of the total cost which was very disappointing. We took the loss and booked somewhere else.
