Our apartment building is located right on the ski slope on a small hill with a magnificent panoramic view of Großarl.
You can ski right out the front door to either the 6-person Panoramabahn or the 8-person Hochbrandbahn. In the evening, you can ski right up to the front door.
In the summer, you can enjoy the peaceful setting and the magnificent views!
Your car gets a VACATION!
The center of Unterberg is just a 5- to 10-minute walk away.
There is a dedicated children’s playroom inside the building as well as a small outdoor playground. In the summer, you can enjoy barbecuing.
Our lovingly furnished apartments in a rustic style are equipped with: cable TV, internet and phone connections, separate toilet, bath or shower, hair dryer, bed linens and towels, separate bedrooms, a spacious kitchen-living room with a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, electric stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, and a bread roll delivery service.

On-site fees: The sauna & steam room are open for you in winter from Monday through Friday, 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Our wellness area is closed in the summer.
Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and check-out is from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
