* View of the lake and mountains from the room.
* Modern and everything was very good quality
* Room and bathroom was spotless, very clean.
* Free and easy parking outside premises - about 4 or 5 spots
* Bear in mind there are 99 steps to climb to get to room. No elevator.
* Outside the town so no noise. (It was also a much longer walk into the very centre of town than we expected ).
* Lovely breakfast if slightly limited in options compared to other places but still more than adequate
* Very friendly hosts with very good English
* The beds were memory foam which are a feature but we found uncomfortable but others might seek these out

Stunning view of the lake with delicious breakfast and friendly hosts. The bathroom was large with a great shower and wifi worked everywhere. There was a coffee station with snacks and water for us in the room and wine was available for purchase downstairs. The jacuzzi is in a perfect location!
The walk home from Menaggio is a little long at night! But during the day it's a beautiful walk.

The room was modern and sleek! 5)3 bed was THE most comfortable we have slept in after a month of traveling all through Italy. Truly! The highlight was the warmth and friendliness of the hosts, Chiara and Michele, who were so gracious. The breakfast was also outstanding. We were so sad to leave and if our travels bring us back to Lake Como, we will hope to stay here again.
No complaints at all.
