We had a very comfortable stay despite the dreadful weather. The room was lovely and clean, comfortable beds and a nice cooked breakfast. Jay and Laura are very friendly and welcoming. We bought a parking permit from the guest house for a nearby car park which was only £10 for the whole weekend. The location is good for events at the Tower and Winter Gardens.
Storm Boelo was pretty scary!

The lovely hosts and their hospitality made the weekend very welcoming, good location and great breakfast.
If you were being picky the shower is rather small, otherwise nice.
