Our two fully renovated vacation apartments—the “Aussichtsbankerl” (F***) on the first floor with its own terrace and garden, and the “Jagersitz” (F****) on the upper floor with a balcony—warmly welcome you. Our tranquil village is situated on a gentle hill, about 550 meters above sea level. From here, you can enjoy an unparalleled panoramic view that stretches over 100 kilometers on clear days. Located right on the edge of the forest, Simmering offers a wealth of outdoor activities right at your doorstep. Explore the unspoiled nature on relaxing walks, long hikes, or bike and mountain bike tours (e-bikes recommended). Immerse yourself in the nature of the Bavarian Forest and let the fresh air rejuvenate you. From here, you’re ideally situated to explore the diverse attractions in our region (car required). We place great importance on ensuring you feel completely at home with us. Immerse yourself in pure relaxation in the Bavarian Forest! Our lovingly designed ***ground-floor vacation apartment (40 m²) accommodates 2 people. Relax on your own terrace with a garden and a magnificent panoramic view. The vacation apartment consists of a bedroom with a sofa bed, a living/dining room with a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Welcome to your relaxing retreat! Payment can be made either by bank transfer in advance or in cash on site. A 20% deposit may be charged after booking. Check-in: from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Check-out: by 10:00 a.m. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets: allowed (8.00 EUR per night, maximum of two pets). Crib/extra bed: yes
