I liked almost everything about the hotel. The location is excellent, and the cleanliness was flawless – the property is extremely clean. The food was very good, and I was also satisfied with most of the spa facilities.
Overall, a downside for me was that it was extremely warm throughout the hotel. Additionally, there were minor inconveniences with the spa facilities – for example, you couldn't manually control the options in the jacuzzi using buttons, but instead had to wait for the automatic cycles to start and stop.

Location, facilities, food
Service, staff generally not friendly and non responsive. Forgot to clean our room when we had left our sign on the door. Came back after a day out and bed was still unmade and bathroom not cleaned. Initially they tried to tell us they had cleaned it but when we demanded they come and look, they agreed to send someone to clean the room. Two grumpy cleaners appeared, made the bed and did nothing else. When we asked for the Manager he was ‘away’. Pretty basic stuff for a five star rate.
