Luxury villa four brothers apartments are located in Podstrana, a town not far from Split, bounded by the Adriatic blueness which, by its transparency and intriguing colors, contributes to the uniqueness of the landscape.
If you want to enjoy the sights of the city of Split, only 10km away from the apartment, you can approach the bus station which is 3min away from the apartment or by car.
The total surface area is 600m2 and the villa consists of ground floor and 2 upper floors. The apartments have their own private parking, which consists of 5 parking places connected to the main road.
The villa is located on the first row by the sea and has a beautiful spacious yard where details of the nightlight give a special note. The exterior scales, which connect all the apartments, each with a separate entrance, lead to a beautiful green oasis with two palm trees that provide extra specialty. Also, stairs leads to the exit on the pebble beach.
Each apartment has a balcony with beautiful sea view whose colors are particularly pronounced at sunset. On the balcony there is a table and chairs, for those who like to eat outdoors or who like to relax with the noise of the sea, reading their favorite book or with a glass of wine.
What makes these apartments special is design of the interior and exterior that is tended to every detail. The furniture in pastel colors is a contemporary design.
Penthouse suite is located on the top floor of and it have 100 square meters. By entering the apartment on the left side of the hall are bedrooms, on the right side there are bathroom and toilet. It consists of three bedrooms, one of them has a makeup table and its own bathroom and exit to the balcony connecting the rest of the apartment. Each room has a large double bed with nightstands and a TV. The bathrooms consist of a large shower, wash machine, hair dryer and towels. At the end of the hall on the right side is the entrance to the spacious kitchen which has a window overlooking the sea and high table with high chairs and also there is dining table with chairs. The kitchen consists of a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and ice maker. The large living room consists of couch, armchairs, stool and TV. From the living room you come out to a large spacious balcony with a table and chairs for enjoying in sea view or dining. All rooms have air conditioning.

Apartment is only few steps away from the large and spacious beach on the beautiful adriatic sea. On the beach you can find chairs and umbrellas so you can spend all day on the beach.
