Welcome to Hideaway Cove, a peaceful lake retreat tucked into one of the northernmost coves of Lake Lanier, where the Chestatee River flows into the lake. Surrounded by wooded hills, abundant wildlife, and the quiet beauty of North Georgia, this is a place to slow down, reconnect, and make memories.
Spend your days paddling the cove in a canoe, relaxing on the deck, exploring nearby mountain towns, or enjoying friendly competition in the game room. Whether you’re paddling the cove, exploring North Georgia, competing in the game room, or gathering around the table for Mahjong and cards, there’s something for everyone to enjoy!

This is a very pretty home that has a slight view of a cove on Lake Lanier. Well stocked and clean. 4 very good size bedrooms. There is a ton of steps to get from the main floor to the lower balcony and then more to the game room. Then another long run to the dock. They want you to observe quiet time at 10 since it’s in an existing neighborhood with close neighbors. Didn’t remember seeing that when booking. Overall it’s great for a family get away. Not a friends weekend out. No complaints. Just my review.

Home was clean and neat with a cabin feel. Came to kayak fish but weather changed to poor. 15 minute kayak ride to Lumpkin ramp, which was convenient to use dock for boats / kayaks. Nice stay. One thing, no garbage cans on site..

The house was great, with lovely views from the house and deck. The trees were so beautiful and everything was so green, it was definitely a nice change from our Desert environment in Arizona. Lots of space to kick back and relax, comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, and fun game room with a great variety of things to do for all ages. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!
