About this house rental
A brand-new, modern chalet offering every comfort, nestled at the foot of the Vosges Mountains in the Saint-Amarin Valley with a breathtaking view of the Grand Ballon. Located on the hillside above the village in a very quiet neighborhood, it’s the perfect place to relax with family or friends. For lovers of hiking and outdoor sports, the valley offers numerous activities (hiking, mountain biking, paragliding). Additionally, the chalet is located about 35 minutes from the Markstein and La Bresse resorts and 1 hour from Colmar.
Accommodation
A new, energy-efficient wood-frame home that will charm you with both its interior and exterior. On the lower level, a spa with a jacuzzi and sauna (seats 4) and a bathroom (shower, toilet) will offer you moments of pure relaxation.
On the first level, you’ll find a beautiful living space designed to accommodate up to 9 people, with an open-concept kitchen flowing into the dining room and living room, which open onto a balcony and a terrace. This floor also features a master suite with an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet.
Upstairs, the play area and library lead to the master suite, the two bedrooms, and the bathroom.
The outdoor areas feature large green spaces, a Zen garden, a parking area, and a carport.

Prestations excellentes dans l'ensemble avec des chambres spacieuses qui offrent une réelle indépendance si besoin, un coin spa zen, un jardin sans vis à vis-à-vis accolé à la forêt, un coin enfant très bien fourni.
A noter l'absence de tv : ça ne nous a pas gêné mais a prix là ça en embêtera certains.

Superbe location que je recommande.
Maison neuve très bien située pour pouvoir randonner, découvrir la région ou encore visiter des musées.
L’intérieur est très beau et très bien équipé afin d’occuper tous les âges durant les journées les moins clémentes.
L’espace spa est très agréable.
Un gros plus pour avoir accepté nos amis à quatre pattes, qui ont apprécié le séjour, tout en respectant les règles de la maison 😊.
