About this apartment rental
We are offering one of our two newly renovated vacation apartments here. The apartment is located in the beautiful Unterallgäu region, in 87757 Kirchheim in Swabia, in the Hasberg district. In our quiet town, you’ll find a small but very well-stocked store where you can buy fresh bakery items, sausage, and common supermarket items. Thanks to its convenient location, families are just a short distance from the best attractions.

Or you can enjoy the wonderful hiking trails right on your doorstep. There’s also no shortage of pubs and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
The vacation rental is located on the 1st floor in a quiet residential area. The apartment measures 65 square meters plus a 6-square-meter balcony. The fully equipped kitchen for your exclusive use (with an oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and electric kettle, etc.) is perfect for hearty breakfasts or a lovely evening of cooking with the family. In the bedroom, you’ll find a double bed (180x200), a bunk bed for the kids, and a large closet. The bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet. The living room is furnished with a large sofa that seats the whole family; the sofa can also be converted into a bed if necessary. Upon request, I’d be happy to provide a travel crib for very young children.
The minimum stay in our apartment is 3 nights.
Long-term rentals are also welcome upon request.
All listed prices apply to private individuals.
Prices include electricity, water, final cleaning, bed linens, and towels.
We’ll welcome you on the day of arrival starting at 3:00 p.m. On the day of departure, we ask that you check out by 10:00 a.m. at the latest. (If you would like different check-in or check-out times, please feel free to contact us.)
Other Important Information:
- Parking available right at the house (private parking spaces)
- Party guests are not permitted
- Smoke-free property—smoking is permitted on the balcony or in the garden
- Pool use upon request

Wir haben uns für 5 Tage mit unserem Sohn in diese Wohnung eingemietet. Da wir erst um 19:30 Anreisen konnten haben wir den Vermieter einen Tag vorher angerufen. Es stellte für ihn kein Problem dar, das wir erst so spät kommen. Bei der Schlüsselübergabe zeigt er uns noch die gesamte Wohnung. Gerade in der Küche zeigt er uns wo wir was finden. Wir hatten schon öfter eine Ferienwohnung. Oft ist es so, dass wenn die Wohnung für 4 Personen ist, man 4 Messer, 4 Gabel und 4 Löffel hat. Nicht so in dieser Wohnung. Von allem ist genug vorhanden. Man muss also nicht jeden Tag abwaschen. Wir bei unserem Aufenthalt keine Probleme mit der Wohnung oder der Einrichtung gehabt. Alles war super Sauber und machte den Eindruck als wenn es noch sehr neu ist.
Der Vermieter hat sich auch Gedanken gemacht was man unternehmen kann. In der Wohnung ist diverse Unterlagen, teilweise auch von ihm selbst zusammen, für Einkaufen (150 Meter) verschiedene Gaststätten, Freizeitparks oder Wanderwege.
Wir sind sehr Glückliche diese Wohnung gemietet zu haben, und werden im Jahr 2023 mit Sicherheit Wiederkommen.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit genügend Platz für 4 Personen. Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung war super. Ausflugsziele und Wanderwege in der Nähe. (Legoland ca 30 Autominuten). Der Empfang durch den Gastgeber bei Anreise war sehr freundlich. Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder.

Sehr saubere Wohnung in ruhiger Lage mit viele Möglichkeiten für Wanderungen. LEGOLAND liegt ungefähr halbe Stunde Fahrtzeit entfernt. Netter Gastgeber der beim Einchecken persönlich dabei war und uns alles erklärt hat. Klare weiterempfehlung.

Die Wohnung ist ganz neu eingerichtet, sehr schön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und das Ankommem und Abreisen lief problemlos. In unmittelbarer Nähe sind Radwege, andere Ausflugsziele sind mit dem Auto erreichbar.
