The property was well maintained and was very well stocked with many amenities. The property is advertised as air conditioned. Just the main room has air conditioning the bedrooms do not. But overall we had a very good stay and the home met our needs very well.

We rented this property for 3 families (7 persons and a dog) attending a family reunion in Three Forks. It was a perfect choice. The house is clean, it's spacious enough for a larger group, the beds are really comfortable, and the kitchen is so well-supplied that we could make homemade waffles and the family favorite chocolate cake. There were plenty of indoor and outdoor games available to entertain kids and adults, and the back yard was quite large, good for wiffle ball. We especially appreciated the responsive host who allowed us early entry. This was absolutely a five star stay!
