Very comfy bed in a great location with tasty local breakfast personal buffet. Ready for you laid out on a personal table from 8am - 10am with eggs and hot carb prepared after you arrive.
You could sit down and eat in 5minutes if you have to rush out the door
The room smelled of cigarette and was a bit damp. Tired wallpaper had scuff marks and obvious signs of wear

The location, facilities, and cleanliness were great! The staff was friendly and responsive. The hotel was just a few minutes’ walk from the baths, restaurants, and main attractions. At the same time, it was located in a calm and peaceful area.
Everything was great!

The location is very convenient, near Europe square and Maiden Square. Although a bit uphill but still very near to the centre. The staffs are also nice especially the ladies in the breakfast.
They did not inform us anything during check-in and for 3 days stay they did not clean our room at all. Apparently maybe we must hang “clean my room” sign in order for them to clean it. Otherwise no service will be done, like in our case.
