I will raise the issue with Booking.com

THE LOCATION

This experience ruined our holiday. Two major issues, bed bugs and unbearable heat inside the apartment. We have pictures and videos of cockroaches, bed bugs, our bitten body parts etc to prove it, as the owner said it isn't her property. So, we had to take videos in a manner that it clearly shows the furniture and layout. After videos she only said sorry and said that she isn't in town. We were there for four days, and next day she didn't show up again saying that she is busy somewhere. We clearly told her that we were looking for another property, she didn't offer any refund. We paid her 5600 hyrniva, which is above the market rate outside the centre, we found few places but they were very expensive on short notice. Only if she had offered a refund, we would have included more money to go for more expensive option, but it wasn't feasible for our budget to pay twice and 400 dollars on top of what we had already paid. In Kiev, i always make it sure that apartment is not boiling, and have air conditioning. When i booked the apartment, i specifically text the owner to make sure that it isn't an issue. She told me that apartment has fan and very airy. But to my surprise the sun was coming straight through the curtains and will stay in both the bedroom and TV room for 7-8 hours a day and will make it more boiling. The curtains were so thin that they wouldn't stop any light, that was another down side waking up at 5am. The railings on curtains were of poor quality, closing them were damaging the hooks, just to make sure that we don't break it, we left them open. We have pictures of the curtians and sunlight hitting you in the bed. On 4th day she offered us another apartment, far smaller and still she didn't ahow up. I am not the person who leave negative reviews, but when i was booking another apartment, same apartment will pop in again and again in search. She promised that she will fix it, but she listed it again.
