Excellent location, just a short walk from city centre, cathedral and various restaurants and takeaways. Clean and comfortable. Coded entry so no keys to worry about. Amazon Prime and Netflix available on the TV. For those mentioning wi-fi issues, I had no problems after working out that the password is all in lowercase letters with no space in it (which is not how it's written on the sheet on the wall). Very good communication from the hosts.
Parking was a little tricky but there are a couple of residential roads directly opposite that were ok to use. The main road outside had some designated parking spaces marked on it but they all seemed to be for permit holders only. The heating was on full-tilt when I arrived so it was a bit warm initially but I simply turned down the radiators and opened the back door for a bit to cool the place down. Could do with proper curtains on the bedroom rather than 2 blinds that don't quite meet in the middle. And I had to temporarily take the battery out of the wall-clock because it ticked so loudly!

It’s in such a lovely location, very quiet despite being next to a busy road. Lovely little fireplace which warms up the entire place within 5 minutes. Very clean and came with everything I needed like a hairdryer and iron, including coffee and tea!
The blinds that neighbour the bed have a slight gap in the middle of them so from the outside you can see in. It is gated so you’d have to enter onto the property in order to see in.

Location was fine
A welcome pack - bus routes a map of the area, how to work the coffee machine'
Issues the sink in the bathroom does not seal, the sliding door at the back does not lock, the tea pot is filthy never been cleaned. No instructions on how to increase the heating and a spare blanket would be cold as it is very cold in the flat.
Sorry these are basic things I have found in my long experience with Booking,com.
