This condo was very clean and easy beach access as stated online. The only thing and not really a negative but a few more cookware (baking sheet )would be a good idea for the kitchen. Very easy check-in and checkout process. I would rent this condo again if we visit this area again.

Stay was great the place was clean. We enjoyed the beach, which was very close and the pool, which was nice. A lot of kids though….. kitchen could use a little updating and some utensils and pans that were not scratched up. Overall enjoyed ourselves and would go back.

Great location and overall good stay. Was disappointed that we had to purchase many basics that I think should have been included for all of the fees. Stayed 5 nights and only had 2 trash bags. No dishwasher detergent or dish soap when we went to do dishes. Rewashed many dishes before use questioning if soap had been used. Couldn't find trays for air fryer/toaster oven so couldn't use it. Plenty of coffee filters! Had to buy more toilet paper and paper towels, but owner did say that in description when we rented so knew, but think it isn't that expensive to have a little more for people to use. Bought our own hand soap and toiletries. Owner did have a tiny bar of soap in bathroom for use, but nothing in kitchen.
Bought laundry soap, but that was anticipated. Great washer and dryer. Not spotless clean. No instructions for when we left. Had tornado warning while there and no idea where to go. A simple book of what to do if... and great places to go would have been nice. Appreciated early arrival with storm warnings. Lots of road noise when sitting on patio outside but loved outside seating. Beach super close and that was the very best part! Loved that they had beach chairs and beach towels for our use. Good stay overall, but not as nice as other unit we stayed at in same complex. Owner was very nice, wish I could have only said wonderful things. Just a few things could have made a big difference. Give it a try, maybe these things will be better!
