About this house rental
This exclusive vacation home is located in a quiet area on the western outskirts of Prerow. Right next to the house, you’ll find access to the bike path that leads through the Darß Forest to the unspoiled western beach. The fine-sand northern beach is about a 10-minute walk away.
The heart of the home is the spacious living and dining area, featuring a high-end designer fireplace.
The high-end kitchen, which opens onto the living room, leaves nothing to be desired. A large dining table and a cozy couch round out the living experience. The house features one bathroom on the first floor and one on the upper floor. One has a spacious shower, and the other has a shower, bathtub, and an adjoining sauna.
There is an additional bedroom on the first floor that sleeps 1–2 people. Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and one bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out trundle bed, which is suitable for children up to age 14. These rooms can be darkened and are equipped with insect screens.

The outdoor area features a small, beautifully landscaped garden, a large sun terrace, and 2 parking spaces.
The “Pinne” house takes its name from traditional wooden boatbuilding. The “Pinne” is a part—usually made of oak—that is attached directly to the oar in place of a tiller. The boat is steered using the “Pinne.”

alles bestens ... ein manko
lage ferienhaus neben dem hotel bernstein kann mitunter belastend sein ...nicht wenige anlieferungsfahrzeuge lassen mitunter den motor weiter laufen ... vormittags zur besten frühstückszeit ... alles andere ist ist okay ...

Ein perfekt ausgestattetes Haus in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Nationalpark in dem man sich auch bei Regen gerne aufhält.
