About this apartment rental
This lovingly furnished ground-floor vacation apartment for 1–4 people is situated in a completely quiet location within the gated and spacious “Residenz Kormoran” vacation complex (some with thatched roofs) on the edge of the Darßer Wald Nature Reserve.
Through a traditional Darß-style front door, you enter the bright living room and the large dining area with an adjoining, fully equipped modern kitchen. In the comfortable living room, the pull-out TV sofa can be used as a sleeping area for two additional guests. Other amenities include two recliners, a TV, a stereo system, and Wi-Fi for your internet access. A wide door in the living room leads out to the beautiful south-west-facing terrace.
At the rear of the apartment, on the right, is the spacious bedroom, featuring a cozy double bed, a closet, and a desk with a chair. On the opposite side are a shower room with a toilet and a separate guest restroom. At the end of the hallway is a storage room.
The apartment includes a ground-level, lockable bike/storage room and a parking space, both located directly next to the building.
A playground for the little ones, a barbecue area (grill provided), and a play field with a goal and a basketball hoop on the property ensure there’s never a dull moment. Amenities include washing machines and dryers (both for shared use for a fee). A charging station for electric cars is located in the open parking lot of Building Q.
An extensive network of bike and hiking trails in the adjacent national park and beyond offers plenty of variety. A hidden gem is the wildly romantic, fine-sand West Beach, which stretches 13 km.
The expansive, 20-km-long fine-sand North Beach (very child-friendly) is within walking distance. You’ll find a sports beach with related activities, including options for children, west of the pier.

Eine gut ausgestattete Wohnung für 2 bis 4 Personen. Der Backofen ermöglicht es, die Frühstücksbrötchen aufzubacken. Gekocht haben wir nicht.
Die Bequemlichkeit eines Geschirrspülers ist angenehm. Hervorzuheben ist die gute Versorgung mit Lampen. Es gibt ausreichend Schrankraum.
Die Terrasse konnten wir auf Grund des kühlen Wetters leider nicht nutzen.
