Cute apartment and phenomenal location if you're planning to travel around Lake Annecy. Apartment was a comfortable temperature (during my warm/hot fall stay)
Stair level was hard to identify, which made finding/identifying the door a bit hard. The pillows were not quite comfortable (but I need a decent pillow). No wine opener!

Fantastic location, very easy to get to all central hotspots from the apartment. The area was lively but not too loud and the amenities was everything that was needed.
The room was quite small with the bed pulled out and the mattress did have a bit of a stain on when first entering the room. Some dishes were not washed properly and not very clean but can easily be rewashed.

Appartement peu lumineux.
