Room location and comfort was good. The location to everything was great.
The price gogging for room was terrible. I don't like that the season caused such a great jump in room pricing. I can understand a little jump but hundreds of dollars is ridiculous.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The food was fine. It was close to the University!

Had to make a U-turn to turn in the driveway
Breakfast was not good. Sausage was burnt. Gravy had a bad taste.
