Our large house is located in the picturesque region of Kashubia. It’s divided into two separate, independent suites, guaranteeing you maximum privacy. Each suite has a separate entrance,
a private garden, and its own bathroom—all for your exclusive use.
The “Sunshine Suite” offered here features a FENCED-IN GARDEN of approximately 800 m², 3 SPACIOUS BEDROOMS with large, comfortable beds, a living room with a FIREPLACE and a FREESTANDING BATHTUB, a bathroom, FREE INTERNET, and PARKING. It can accommodate up to 6 people. Perfect for a family vacation, a romantic getaway, a lakeside vacation, or a vacation with your dog.
The “Sunshine Suite” is located on the 1st and 2nd floors of our house. Access to the apartment is via a “spiral” staircase.
On the first floor, you’ll find three large and stylish bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen. On the upper floor (2nd floor) is a huge living room. Here, in this spacious area, we offer you plenty of luxury. The living room is perfect for romantic moments for two. You’re guaranteed to relax quickly in the large, freestanding bathtub. You can decide whether you’d like to enjoy the fireplace while bathing, turn on the 65-inch TV, or simply gaze at the sky and the stars through the large skylights. After your bath, you can continue to unwind on the cozy couch. In the garden, which is exclusively yours, you certainly won’t get bored. The garden pavilion is an ideal spot for shared meals, which you can prepare on the brick grill. It’s the best way to sample the unique quality of Polish meat and sausages. After dinner, the garden furniture and rocking chair provide a place to relax and soak up the sun. Our large, partially covered terrace adds an extra touch of comfort. Whether you book our house for your family with children or your pet, there’s plenty of room for everyone here.
In Lipnica, you can relax in the heart of nature. Vast forests stretch almost right to your doorstep. There are many lakes in the area. Despite being so close to nature, you don’t have to completely forgo the conveniences of civilization. Nearby, you’ll find a grocery store, an ATM, and a post office.

Not only our house, but also the immediate surroundings offer many attractions. The vacation home is located right in Lipnica, between two lakes. Lush green forests surround the village. There, you can leave your worries and stress behind while taking walks vergessen.Im In the forest, you’ll not only find peace and unique nature, but you can also pick mushrooms and berries. Just a 3-minute drive from the vacation home is Lake Kiedrowickie, with crystal-clear water, idyllic swimming spots, and peaceful fishing spots. Although Lipnica is a small village, it serves as the center of the entire municipality. A grocery store, post office, and ATM are nearby. In town, you’ll find a public, free sports field with an outdoor fitness center, a basketball court, a tennis court, and a soccer field. Your children are sure to have lots of fun and make many friends at the public playground.
If you’re spending your vacation in Kashubia, you should definitely go on a canoe trip. It’s the best way to explore the region and take in the natural beauty. We can also help you organize a canoe trip. It’s best to go on a canoe trip right at the start of your vacation so that, like many guests before you, you’ll have the chance to repeat the trip in a few days. The county seat of Bytów is about 25 km away. There you’ll find a large medieval castle built by the Teutonic Knights (German Order).

Das Objekt war wunderschön, sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Umgebung mit zahlreichen Seen und glasklarem Wasser. Leider gibt es auch ein paar "Wermutstropfen". Die Wohnung war für uns nur über eine außenliegende Wendeltreppe aus Stahl erreichbar. Für Menschen, die nicht mehr ganz gut zu Fuß, wäre dieser Zugang völlig ungeeignet. Wir reisten mit unserem Hund (Parson Jack Russel) an, der diese Treppe auf keinen Fall alleine laufen hätte können. Die Abstände der Gitterstufen sind so groß, da würde auch die Pfote eines großen Hundes durchpassen, wenn der Hund überhaupt auf Gitter läuft!!! Leider ist das in der Objektbeschreibung nicht ersichtlich oder erwähnt und wir erfuhren von der Wendeltreppe erst 1-2 Tage vor Anreise. Gesehen haben wir das Ausmaß erst vor Ort. Ich musste unseren Hund immer tragen. Wenn sie also mit Hund buchen, dann sollten man sich auf das tragen einstellen. Hätte wir das vorher gewusst, hätten wir nicht gebucht. Zusätzlich möchte ich für Hundebesitzer erwähnen, dass es im Dorf des Objektes einige freilaufende (ohne Herrchen und Frauchen unterwegs) Hunde gibt. Nicht alle davon waren freundlich gestimmt, eher im Gegenteil, so dass wir unseren Urlaub eher beendet haben, da ein normaler Spaziergang nach der erlebten Hundeattacke nicht mehr möglich war. Grundstück ist sehr schön und Hundegerecht eingezäunt.
