The location is absolutely perfect. The bridge was literally 40m straight out of our window. The outdoor terrace area offered fantastic views. The interior lights and decor were very cool. The parking is right across the road and easy enough to get to.
The hot water didn't last too long, so space out your showers. Be aware that proximity to the bridge and bazaar does mean constant noise until late. The parking is only attended during business hours, so if you are arriving or departing outside of those, arrange it earlier so you don't get locked in or out.

The location was superb - a perfect view of the Mostar Bridge, especially from the Teraze connected to the accommodation.
Both my partner and I injured ourselves on the sharp stairs over the kitchen area. He cut his head badly. Also no towel rails in the bathroom and the shower did not work properly.
