About this house rental
The house is nestled in the lush, relaxing countryside. It is a single-story home with a private entrance. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (no window, but with a large picture window directly across from it), and the other with a bunk bed. There is a small living area with satellite TV and a sofa, a kitchen-dining area with an electric oven and a 4-burner gas stove, and one bathroom with a shower. The house has independent gas heating, billed at €7.00 per cubic meter. Free Wi-Fi is available. The kitchen opens onto a beautiful terrace furnished with a table and chairs for pleasant moments of relaxation, offering views of the countryside and the sea; adjacent to it is a lovely garden with two lounge chairs and an outdoor shower. A barbecue is available at muratura.Il, and parking is located about 40 meters from the house. Meticulously maintained. San Stefano al Mare is 3 km away, where you’ll find both free and paid sandy beaches as well as free rocky shores. Shops, bars, a bank, a post office, and ristoranti.Si —you’ll also find the starting point of a beautiful 30-km-long bike path that runs along the coast from Ospedaletti to Imperia, offering stunning views of the sea. You can reach San Remo by bike; there are many bike rental shops where you can rent a bicycle. PLEASE TREAT THE APARTMENT WITH RESPECT and leave it CLEAN as you found it. Of course, upon your arrival, you’ll find everything clean and sanitized!! No smoking inside the apartment; no pets allowed. Upon your arrival, you’ll find a pleasant surprise! We had a great time in Casa il Ciliegio. A very warm welcome by host Antonella and her husband Nello. With some lemons and cucumber from the garden, a homemade bottle of wine and some coockies. Also Antonella will provide you with all the information you need. Terzorio is a small village up on the hillside. Be prepared to climb some steps and steep streets! The house itself has a nice green and lush garden and terrace, with a great view over the Mediterranean Sea. The bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom are simple buy sufficient. Parking near the house can be a bit of a challenge, the streets are narrow, and so are the parking spots. There is a more spacious parking lot at the entrance of the village, within a 5 minute walk from the house. Which also provides a 2x11kW charging point for EV's. Make sure to move your car after charging! It's pretty expensive to leave it plugged in after it's fully charged, even during the night. For Dutch EV drivers: my ANWB RFID card didnt work here, but luckily my Shell Recharge card did!It only takes a 7 minute drive to go to the beach.There's lots of nice villages and towns to visit in the surroundings: Bussana Vecchio, Dolceacqua, Bajardo. Ask Antonella for ideas! Make sure to visit not only San Remo and Imperia, also make some trips into the mountains for some stunning views! And even the French Riviera is only a one hour drive away, so even Nice or Monaco are within easy reach.

We felt very welcome, the flat was equipped with everything we needed, we were greeted by Antonella with tomatoes and figs from her garden, as well as advice about the surroundings. The garden was great for breakfast and dinner with shady spots morning and evening. The flat is located in a historic building in a small town up on the hills about 7 minutes by car from Santo Stefano with a nice free beach and some nice restaurants.

We had a great time in this house in the little Village of Terzorio. We enjoyed the beautiful garden, with the view of the sea from the terrace. It’s only a-10 minute drive to the village of Santo Stefano al Mare with the nice beach.
The house is on a quiet location, and a great starting point for exploring the beautiful surroundings.
The house is clean and well equipped, and the owners Antonella and her husband very friendly. Highly recommended.

Bon accueil , maison propre et confortable. Un coup de cœur pour le mignon petit jardin vu mer. Un petit coin de paradis pour nos courtes vacances. Les hôtes sont gentils, ponctuel et toujours a l’écoute de nos demandes.
