AVOID - not suitable for a family

Location

Not suitable for a family of 5 (2 adults + 3 children 14,10,9) This property should be for 2 people MAX! The only bedroom is the size of a cupboard - so small you can’t get dressed in there or put a much needed fan. Living area- 2 small sofa beds (very stained and dated) meaning there is no living space when sofas are transformed into beds, you can barely move! Dining table - has only 2 seats but we are a family of 5!? Kitchen - very very old. Not one single empty drawer or cupboard to store food for a self catering holiday. Shower- shower head damaged…doesn’t hold (old reviews from 2022 also reported this). Clothes storage - there is only one small section in the living area/bedroom to store clothes. This also holds a smelly mop and bucket/smelly hoover and a ladder which stored beside dining table and bed. (I have videos/photos if needed). On day 2 of our 2 week holiday, we reported these issues to booking.com who advised us to contact the owner to see if they could resolve our issues. We decided against doing so because we wanted to avoid confrontation in front of our 3 young children. Upon arrival the owners will ask for €100 euros which they say they will return if apartment is clean. We arranged for the owners to meet us at 7:30AM on departure to handover. Owners let themselves into the apartment when we were outside putting rubbish in the bins- we returned to find them checking the apartment whilst our personal belongings were still in there. @booking.com - how can you allow this sized apartment for a family of 5. Absolutely disgusting! In general the apartment was filthy (toenail clippings on the floor), WiFi not working, very dated apartment, no fans work well- we had to buy a fan to cool the room.

Pire vacances .
