Vacation Apartment No. 02 in the Büdnerstube building is approximately 43 m² and offers plenty of space for up to 3 people (2 adults and 1 child).
The bright, open living area—featuring a comfortable sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV, and dining area—has everything you could want. It is equipped with plenty of kitchen utensils, as well as a combination oven, a ceramic cooktop, and a refrigerator. The bright, naturally lit bathroom features a sink, a toilet, and a shower. The separate bedroom features a comfortable double bed, promising a good night’s sleep and restful dreams. It also includes a flat-screen TV. Wi-Fi and a parking space for your car are available free of charge. You can also charge your electric car at the charging station for a small fee.
A restaurant is located about 200 meters away, and public transportation is accessible after about 400 meters. Shopping options are about four kilometers away, so a car is recommended. The surroundings on Mönchgut are perfect for walks, bike rides, and a variety of seaside activities; a sandy beach is nearby. The apartment was last renovated in 2021.
Use of the AHOI water park in Sellin is free of charge (up to three hours daily).

The gentle rolling hills of the landscape, the rugged cliffs, the white sandy beaches, and the Bodden—a bay typical of the Baltic Sea—create a fascinating scene. And let’s not forget the 5-kilometer-long spit, the Reddevitzer Höft, which juts out into the Baltic Sea. Anyone interested in the history of the region and its surroundings should definitely visit the School Museum in Middelhagen. Classes were held here for about 150 years. Today it’s a museum, and anyone interested can sign up for a historical lesson. It’s a great experience for the whole family.
Hiking enthusiasts will also find plenty to enjoy on Mönchgut. Several hiking trails wind their way through Bodden meadows and fields, across the Zickersche Alpen, along the forested dune belt, or directly along the beach. During the summer months, you can also join guided hikes, as the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve is a unique landscape conservation area that is home to rare plants.

Wir waren total begeistert von der ruhigen Lage. Strand, Restaurants waren schnell zu erreichen und die Ruhe war traumhaft. Wir hatten eine tolle Hausgemeinschaft, die Kinder konnten miteinander im liebevoll hergerichteten Garten spielen und ein netter Mieter hat jeden Morgen Brötchen für uns mitgebracht. In der Wohnung war alles da was wir benötigten. Es war alles super neu. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen die Büdnerstube gerne weiter.

Sehr schöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete, neue Ferienwohnung. Strand, Landschaftsschutzgebiet sowie ein paar kleine Bars und Gaststätten sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Sehr empfehlenswert!
