Good customer service and polite staff
Clean hotel, and it met my expectations.
I recommend the bathroom drainage to be checked for any partial blockage.
Overall, the hotel was clean, decent and good value for money.
Breakfast is also very good

Clean and okay
I was upgraded to a suite via my booking.com program, but a suit is just a normal room.
