Find your perfect retreat in a true Mediterranean beauty - Villa Efa! Set in the peaceful countryside near Višnjan, the villa offers absolute comfort on holiday for up to 6 people.
Paying tribute to traditional Istrian architecture with stone elements on the outside, the lovely Villa Efa is quite a vision inside as well. Decorated with particular attention to detail, it includes marble and exquisite furniture, while providing the feeling of home. Both its modern kitchen with a dining room and the living room are great places for quality moments. The villa has 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, one of which also has a bio sauna. The bedroom on the first floor has a balcony with a sofa set, while the other two bedrooms downstairs have direct access to the garden.
The fully enclosed garden offers privacy for pure relaxation. Apart from the beautifully tended lawn, it includes an outdoor shower and a swimming pool, which can be heated upon request. Use the outdoor area to have a great time soaking in the sun by the pool, lounging under the canvas sunshade, or sharing a delicious meal out in the open.
Set in a quiet village Markovac just outside Višnjan, the villa offers you bicycles which you can use to explore the countryside and the coast. Both Poreč and Novigrad are 14 km away and other nearby attractions include Baredine Pit, water parks, hilltop towns such as Motovun, all within less than 20 km of distance. Dragonja border crossing is 34 km away, while the nearest airport is in Pula (58 km).

House was great. Location was great. Pool was great. Bed could have been more comfortable and towels could have been nicer, thicker and more plentiful for the cost of the rental. Drains in all three bathrooms don’t work properly. Remote control for television did not work.

The villa is even better than the pictures tell you. The pool is very big and you have a very nice view of the coast. Most top sightseeing destinations are within half an hour drive. I definitely recommend this villa for a great holiday stay in Istria Croatia.
