Muchas cosas a mejorar

La ubicación

La ventana de uno de las habitaciones no cerraba. La nevera tampoco cerraba bien y obligaba a ponerla al máximo. La presencia de gatos en la zona exterior, algunos en mal estado de salud e intentando entrar en la casa e impidiendo comer fuera sin que te molesten. Además había mobiliario exterior lleno de orina de gato. Poca privacidad por los vecinos ya que la zona exterior es compartida, teniendo poco espacio para hacer la barbacoa ya que hay coches aparcados. Hay olor muy fuerte en el baño y el mando de la televisión no funciona pese a cambiar las pilas.

Cosy Rustic is niet in orde om te verhuren

Bij het binnenkomen stond er een fles wijn. Goed begin! Maar verder is het moeilijk om positief te zijn. We hebben ervaring op de Canarische eilanden (ook op Hierro) en zijn nog nooit zo teleurgestekd geweest. We kwamen van Tamaduste (Holidays en relax) in El Hierro dat veel beter voorzien is én veel goedkoper! Cosy Rustic House is niet in orde om te verhuren en stemt niet overeen met wat geschreven wordt op booking.com: geen koffiezetapparaat, geen strijkijzer, geen broodrooster, geen waterkoker, het terras is grotendeels een parking voor de wagen van de host, een onbruikbare BBQ, een tuin met bouwafval, zeer beperkte keukenuitrusting, enkel airco in salon boven, host spreekt enkel en alleen Spaans,.... We hebben vooral de waterkoker aangekaart bij de host, maar er kwam geen actie, Pas na bezoek van mensen die Spaans spraken is de waterkoker geleverd voor de laatste 3 dagen. Er was veel niet in orde. Ik raad aan dat de eigenaars eens zelf enkele dagen vertoeven in het appartement, Er is ook veel stuk: WC-bril, geen waterstoppers in de watersteen van de keuken én de badkamer, voordeur waar je een zwaar gewicht tegen moet zetten om open/toe te houden, nachtplankje aan bed staat los in muur, de tuintafel staat los en wiebelt, de electriciteitskabels van de nachtlampjes zijn te kort. Maar om toch nog positief te eindigen: ze hebben ons afgezet aan de vlieghaven bij vertrek (ze moesten naar Valverde en de uren kwamen overeen).

De communicatie verliep heel stroef. We gebruikten google translate, want ze spreken enkel en alleen Spaans. De beschrijving op booking.com klopt niet. Er ontbreekt heel wat materiaal: koffiezetapparaat, broodrooster, strijkijzer, airco of verwarming is enkel in salon boven, parking is op het terras, onbruikbare BBQ,. Het gebruik van de keuken was moeilijk. Er is geen waterstop om te kunnen afwassen. Wij hebben afgewassen in een grote kookpot, Er zijn onvoldoende borden, glazen en bestek om 1 dag (3 maaltijden) door te komen, de schilmesjes zijn bot, er is NIETS van basismateriaal zoals peper en zout, Er waren een beperkt aantal afwasblokjes en helemaal geen waspods voor kleding. Volgens de host moet je er zelf voor zorgen (ook al heb je er maar 1 nodig). Je hebt buiten geen privacy. Het terras (dat grotendeels gebruikt wordt als parking) is een doorgang naar het het gedeelte van de eigenaars. De kussens van de tuinmeubels zijn volledig versleten en met vlekken. Er zijn veel poezen, die op tafel springen indien je buiten eet. De poezen komen ook binnen. Misschien leuk voor poezenliefhebbers, maar niet voor ons. Bij het vragen naar een waterkoker kregen we als antwoord dat de vorige huurders dat hadden meegenomen. Pas na een lang gesprek (door onze bezoekers die wel Spaans spraken) hebben ze een waterkoker gebracht voor de laatste 3 dagen. Om de deur te kunnen openhouden, is het haakje na 4 dagen terug in de muur vast gezet. Echter te diep waardoor je nog steeds het zwaar gewicht voor de deur moet zetten om ze open te houden. Conclusie: indien men Europese prijzen vraagt voor de huur van een accommodatie, moet dit ook in orde zijn naar Europese normen.

La ubicación

La ventana de uno de las habitaciones no cerraba. La nevera tampoco cerraba bien y obligaba a ponerla al máximo.
