Our neighborhood is very quiet and residential, conveniently located for access to downtown Marseille and just 5 minutes from the L2 highway heading east (toward Cassis…), the city center (Vieux-Port, MUCEM...) or north (Aix-en-Provence, Alpilles…).
The house is close to all shops, with a bakery, butcher, deli, produce stand, and organic store all within a 5-minute walk.
A metro station is a 10-minute walk away, and a bus stop is a 2-minute walk away.

A spacious, bright Provençal house (built in 1900) spanning 200 m² in the heart of the 12th arrondissement, featuring a large garden (1,200 m²) in a completely peaceful setting with numerous trees (olive, almond, hazelnut, and cypress trees) with a large lawn area, a bocce court, plenty of playground equipment, and a secured swimming pool with an outdoor kitchen (griddle, BBQ). Our house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, so there’s no car traffic!
Most of the house is on one level, opening onto a large terrace shaded by two century-old linden trees (nothing beats the shade of trees during a heat wave!). Decorative curtains also adorn this terrace, delineating a dining area (large table for 12 guests) and a relaxation area with patio furniture.
