Worst Accommodation Experience — Total Lack of Responsibility

The list of issues is unacceptable. Upon arrival, the room was dirty

The situation is completely unacceptable. Upon arrival, the room was dirty — not a minor issue, but a clear failure to clean the property. When we complained, the only solution offered was to wait until the next day, meaning we were expected to stay in those conditions. We were also told that 5% would be deducted from the cleaner’s pay as a “lesson,” along with a comment that she is an older woman who “needs to learn.” This is completely inappropriate. I made it clear that punishing the cleaner does not solve the problem — it only harms her while management avoids taking responsibility. In the end, I had to clean the apartment myself, and most of the towels smelled awful. At the same time, I was told that management is responsible, which makes it even worse that the blame is being shifted onto an employee instead of being properly handled. Beyond the cleanliness issue, the apartment is clearly neglected: a worn-out mattress with visible springs, mold in the shower, cobwebs, rust, cracked paint, and broken furniture. One of the chairs even collapsed when I sat on it. Basic amenities are missing — no wardrobe, no hangers, no hairdryer, not even a kitchen towel. What is truly outrageous is that the cleaner is penalized while guests receive no compensation at all, despite the overall condition showing long-term neglect. In short, both the cleaner and the guests are the ones affected, while others continue to profit without taking any responsibility. This has, without question, been the worst accommodation I have ever experienced.

Great apartment in the very old town of Brasov!

The location is great, right in the center of Brasov. The apartment has everything you need, especially for a short stay. Our host was very responsive and kind.

The only negative for us were the uncomfortable beds and pillows, for a short stay it is not such a problem, but for a long stay it will be very uncomfortable

Great location in city centre

Nice location in the centre. Good kitchen. Enough space in appartement

Parking is paid and busy, but you are in the centre. Bed was not very comfortable. If you move your partner will feel it. City tax must be paid in cash. Not Handy. I prefer it in the price. And too much messages with info about paying the city tax.
