The Borgo consists of about 40 homes, all built in the style of the nearby medieval village of Vertine. All apartments are constructed of natural stone combined with terra-cotta. The Borgo features a swimming pool approximately 25 m in length for communal use, as well as a fitness room. An underground parking garage is available.
The vacation home has an interior area of 150 m² and an exterior area of 150 m². The property offers plenty of privacy, a pleasant garden, and a stunning view of Gaiole and the surrounding area.
The entire vacation home is furnished with high-quality materials. Both the interior and exterior are child-friendly. The outdoor area is enclosed and fenced. The TVs in the children’s room and the living room are equipped with DVD players. Children’s DVDs are available, as well as a selection of board games and toys. Satellite TV is also provided.

Ratings and reviews
