Great hotel in a good location. I wanted to stay more busier but this still has good links with a stain right next to it. I booked a smoking room without realising but it was fine. Has everything you need in a room.

The breakfast was nice. The room was really nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient for travelers, and the view from the 11th floor was also very nice.
Being a non-native Japanese speaker I selected English on the check-in kiosk. This led to the machine asking for my passport, but I am living in Japan, so I didn't bring it. The system is a bit confusing, so there should be some kind of warning for the passport requirement when selecting English.

Great place to eat, friendly staff.
Very hard bed. Breakfast used polystyrene containers. Lots of unnecessary waste.
