We had a family room and it was big enough and for reasonable price. The room was clean and it was in a quiet part of the hotel/at the end of the hall.
The location of the hotel was also good. There is a tram stop right in front of the hotel. Schonbrunn is in a walkable distance. Staff at the reception were helpful and kind.
Breakfast was basic and for me it was a disappointment. I know it is B&B, not a luxurious hotel. But it should not be an excuse for not enough space for sitting or missing food. We had to wait 10-15 minutes to get free table. Also restocking was imho insufficient. In some moments they run off bread, then juice, then ham etc. In short, they couldn't keep up with the demand.

Most everything including the underground parking.
No refrigerator in the room. All our travel foods spoiled!

Comfortable bed
The hotel’s policy is to clean the rooms every three days; however, my room wasn't cleaned even on the third day. The carpet was also dirty in several spots. The location is not convenient if you are looking to visit the city. Additionally, the reception is not open 24 hours, so it is often difficult to reach a staff member if there is an issue. In fact, one night it was hard to sleep due to the noise from the guests in the room above, but it was impossible to notify the staff.
