Nice Onsen. Great location.
The staff at check in were not fluent in either Japanese or English. They swap the male and female Onsen during the day but did not check they were unoccupied before doing so, so some men were in the women’s Onsen. Very dated rooms.

The hotel is directly across from the beach and an easy distance from restaurants, atami castle and the train station

Location was great. Close to Atami Ginza area and great local places to eat.

I didn’t particularly like the property. The property is old and has not been renovated
The property is very old and has not been renovated in any way. The view from my room was not of the ocean but of an electrical pole
