About this house rental
The 50-square-meter "Las Palmas" apartment awaits you right on the golden sandy beach of Costa Calma. Located in a private, terraced complex on one of the upper floors, it offers stunning views of the ocean and the beach. You enter the apartment through a small entryway. The kitchen features a counter that doubles as a dining area and is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle, Nespresso and drip coffee makers, and a small oven. The living area features a cozy couch that can also serve as a sleeping area for a third person upon request. The apartment also offers a separate toilet and a bright bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub; both have windows facing the outside. The bedroom features a double bed and a large closet. Both the living room and the bedroom open onto the 36-square-meter sun terrace, where two lounge chairs and a table with four chairs invite you to relax and unwind to the sound of the waves. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Sehr nette Betreuung. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!
