About this house rental
Our newly built vacation home consists of 2 separate vacation apartments and can accommodate up to 13 people in total

The second apartment—comprising the middle floor and the attic—accommodates 7 people and features the following amenities:

Air conditioning
1 bathroom, including a hair dryer
Open-concept living area with kitchen
(fully equipped kitchen)
Balcony with beautiful lake view
Adjacent pergola at the back of the house
Patio furniture provided
Upper floor
1 bedroom with a double bed (180 cm)
Sleeping space for one additional person (child)
Air conditioning
1 bathroom including hair dryer

Parking space in the courtyard (carport)

Apartment 1 on the lower level consists of:
3 bedrooms
Sofa bed
Air conditioning
1 bathroom incl. hair dryer

Separate terrace at the back of the house
Terrace furniture provided ))
Additionally, a tourist tax of 2€ per night per person and a security deposit of 300€ in cash are to be paid on site.
The security deposit will be refunded in cash upon departure, after the house has been properly handed over
In total, we have 5 fully equipped vacation homes, divided into 14 apartments.
- 3 vacation homes have a pool and can be booked for exclusive use.
