Great location. Very clean and the service was really good.

Great location, comfortable bed, spacious room. Great water pressure and spacious bathroom. Dining and bar area were very pleasant. Food was well presented. Some staff were lovely.
Room servicing on second day was poor. no refill of supplies (water etc). We had pulled up the bed covers but expected that the bed would be made properly - it wasn't. We were awakened late at night by fire alarm - no announcements - we all went out on the street to be told it was a false alarm. No follow up apology by management. Some staff could be more friendly.

The location, the views, the amenities, the restaurant and bar, and the room were all excellent. It is easy to see how this hotel won the regional hotel of the year last year.
Silliest thing, but the dinner menu became really limited for people who don't like mushrooms! Also, the forks are wrong... they are really hard to hold comfortably.
