Very pathetic

Nothing

Room uncleaned, Cigarette and bear bottles. Food waste. Bathroom was so unhygienic, even public toilet is better , bedsheets has blood stains and that guy was not changing that, I asked for soap and towel, that guy was saying we don’t provide those, in reply i said I’m paying please buy one for me- he is like no we don’t do that. Next day morning water was not there, water came after 2hrs after calling him, infact he was sleeping not receiving call. Woke up at 8Am and turn on water motor. What rubbish and pathetic hotel it is.

This hotel is in perfect place next to my PG, so i can book room for my family whenever they came to chennai.

- Bathroom was not clean enough. - Balcony was not clean, lot of cigarette packets wastes, even in bathroom. - TV is not useable. No remote, tv buttom are dameged. - Fridge in floor is full of dirt and not useable. - Allowing dog to 1st floor, leaving bad smell in whole floor. - Most importantly, water is not easy accessible, need ask the receptionist all time. - No much spacious.
