This was only supposed to be a practical and convenient stop for the sole purpose of catching a flight from Fiumicino the following morning. As I pulled up in the car, and saw the 1-star icon prominently displayed outside, I must say, I feared the worse. However, once within the hotel I was amazed at the modern, bright, clean and welcoming vibe. Very pleasant host, offering local information and services; a very pleasant room with fast wifi; a very comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom, clean and attractive.
Don't expect a lavish breakfast or top-end facilities like pool or gym, but this is only meant to be a functional pit-stop in what seems to be a converted house, yet it provides a whole lot more. It's hard to be critical about it, really.

Very clean and contemporary room. Very good breakfast. Secure parking.
No chairs in the room. No elevator.

It was a small. Boutique hotel that fit my needs perfectly for an overnight stay to catch my flight home from Rome Airport. The shuttle picked up and brought us back to the hotel for 20 euros each way. Since we hav to leave early they provided breakfast bags to go.
Looks to be a converted villa in a neighborhood full of Villas.

Very clean. Everything on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Luggage lift to first floor also used for handicapped clients. Very pleasant style and big balconies. Shuttle to airport at anytime during the day. Cost of 20 euros.
You need to be aware that if you arrive early even if the room is ready, you will be charged 10 euros per hour until check in time.
