La localisation idéale (à 10 m de la place centrale), la décoration des parties communes, le calme et la propreté de la chambre, le petit déjeuner, l’accueil chaleureux et la disponibilité de la propriétaire des lieux.
Beaucoup d’indications et d’aides pour des activités m’ont été fournies, bien au delà des standards habituels.

Lovely homely vibe in great central location. Pony was always available and had great suggestions for local hikes and other adventures.
Proximity to plaza meant a bit of noise during the street parades, but that was all part of the Caraz experience!

Great little Hotel. Quiet but in perfect central location, delicious breakfast. Great informative owner. Perfect location if you plan something in Cordillera Blanca. The best place I stayed in Caraz and Huaraz.

First of all, Pony is a terrific host. Breakfast is provided every morning with a friendly conversation. She is always willing to help with any tourism questions or Caraz recommendations. If you have a problem with anything with your stay, she will come fix it with full attention. The location is also very central and convenient, and being so close to the plaza, it is not loud at all. Very comfortable and welcoming!!
Every once in a while the shower and the wifi is a bit finicky, but if you ask Pony, she is so quick and attentive showing you how things work or fixing it. Had no problems!!
