Charming, authentic and comfortable detached chalet with unobstructed views of the Aiguilles d'Arves.
Facing south, it is located 50m from the sun chairlift, 50m from a condominium swimming pool (only in summer)

ON THE GROUND FLOOR:
An entrance hall with large wardrobe, shoe locker;
A spacious living room with equipped kitchen (induction hob, fridge freezer, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher), household appliances, raclette set, fondue machine, croque monsieur. A living room with 2 fixed sofas, television, DVD player, bluetooth speaker, giving access to the terrace
Separate toilet, bathroom with a shower and a vanity unit
Large south-facing terrace with picnic table and a splendid view of the Aiguilles d'Arves, children's garden
A bedroom with bunk beds (sleeps 90 for children over 6 years old), storage and window
UPSTAIRS: 2 bedrooms with 160 cm beds and cupboards, facing south with direct access to the balcony and still the view of the needles.
One bedroom with 1 bed of 140 + 1 single bed..
Full equipment, duvets and blankets.
BB kit: travel cot (without mattress), high chair.
Bathroom with bath, vanity unit and toilet.
Private parking, outdoor ski room, non-smoking accommodation, pets not allowed,
Board games.
Possibility of renting linen as an option
End-of-stay cleaning included.

Très bonne communication avec le proprietaire.

Très agréable chalet, superbement équipé et à l'écart du tumulte du centre de la station. Télésiège et kiosque pour acheter son forfait à proximité.

Le chalet est bien situé, propre avec toutes les commodités. Très beau chalet, très bien entretenu, grand, on était 2 couples avec 3 enfants et il y avait encore de l'espace.
Vu magnifique au calme.
La station la toussuire est géniale aussi bien pour les petits que les grands.
Belles balades, pleins d'activités avec l'office de tourisme.
Propriétaires à l'écoute et très gentils.
Découverte très agréable séjour parfait on reviendra 🤩😊
