About this house rental
Come and enjoy our beautiful 3 bedroom beach house in a quiet neighborhood. Each room of the house has a unique touch that makes the atmosphere in it calm and relaxed.
The house is elegant with a sea theme design and it is just a short walk to the Beach!
We offer an open floor plan with a beautiful large kitchen and a dining area for you and your family.
A spacious living room area and a balcony to sit, eat or relax and enjoy the partial views and the sound of the waves coming from the sea.
The house is a 3rd row house from the beach with plenty of outdoor seating on the upper covered porch and lower floor with plenty of room down in the yard for the kids to play, along with a wonderful outdoor shower with hot and cold water to just rinse off the sand or use as an extra shower for your guest. Charcoal grill is provided, just bring your charcoal and lighter fluid.
The house is close to town and a short drive to Schlitterbahn Waterpark and Moody Gardens.

This is a great place to enjoy a wonderful time with your family and loved ones and to have the best vacation while traveling to Galveston.

All booking requests must complete the rental agreements and provide the credit card holders drivers license (within 24 hours of reservation request ) before a reservation is accepted. You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges or damages not covered by VRBO or the insurance.
Pet Fee is $75.00 per stay per pet. If more than 1 pet you will have an additional fee of $75.00 for the 2nd pet. No more than 2 pets allowed.

GoodTimes and Tan Lines was a pure delight to vacation in. The home was spacious, full of light, and airy. The layout was spacious and flowed from one region to the next. The owner's touch captured the essence of beach and gulf with decorative shell presentations and hanging puzzles throughout the living area. The porch had plenty of seating and was beautifully arranged and seemed to capture all the breezes from the beach. The porch offered an ideal and secure area for our dog as well. To put it simply the house was exquisite and you immediately felt you were home. The kitchen was well organized and labelled such that you didn't have any difficulty finding what you needed. All in all it had most everything you could want, that said, I did wish it had an available washer and dryer. Finally the yard was clean and well organized complete with rabbits, birds, and cool breezes! We took many walks along the beach which was a very short distance away from the rental. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and would love to come back to this beautiful and comfortable rental. It had all the comforts of a good time and restful restorative stay.

Excellent beach house for our family of 7 (2 grandparents, 2 parents, 3 kids) - location was great, house was very clean and well-stocked, beds were comfortable, and Sindy was a gracious and responsive host. I do wish there had been laundry (washer/dryer) on site for convenience sake, but Sindy left laundry-mat options clearly posted on the refrigerator so any necessary laundering can be accomplished.

We had an amazing time. Sindy’s home was so spacious, comfortable, and inviting. The little touches that she has done just added to the appeal. The labeling of the lights and cabinets was so helpful. The towels and linens were top notch and appreciated. Thick and numerous. The beds were so comfortable. The balcony seating was perfect. My family loved sitting and relaxing on the balcony with the ocean sounds. The kitchen was stocked with every tool and item you could possibly need. Even things I never find at a house-flashlights, batteries, pens, pencils, paper, scissors. The refrigerator was large with lots of ice too I could go on. It was a great stay at this lovely vacation spot.
