Welcome to our beautiful home in Sherman Oaks, CA. Centrally located to everything LA has to offer. Under 25 minutes from LAX & Burbank Airports as well as Downtown LA & Santa Monica Beach. Unlimited dining and shopping in all directions. The space is a classical progression design with modern comforts. House features new furnishings along with fully stocked kitchen. WiFi is complimentary along with two Smart TVs. Perfect to unwind after a day of exploring all that LA has to offer. Quiet residential neighborhood - NO PARTIES! Please respect our neighbors. This is an excellent Property. It's close to the Sherman Oaks Galleria and quick access to US Rte 405. House is extremely well kept and is in a very nice neighborhood. Private Driveway, Two full Bedrooms, Pull out bed in Livingroom, Nice Kitchen and Washer and Dryer. We have stayed here a couple of times and will again. Plus the managers are easy to communicate with. Great Find.

Impressed by cleanliness, neatness, and good condition of house. Please address cleaning the eaves and chair cushions in backyard. The neighborhood is fine, great for being close to freeways and groceries. In appreciation, the owner/broker communicated immediately. If you want to do laundry, bring your own detergent. Only strong overhead lighting is available, no lamps. In 2023 a dishwasher is assumed, but this house has none, nor a preheat on oven. Also, no 'extras' like blankets, dishtowel, or enough toilet paper, thus price point is too high. If these issues are addressed, this would be a fine choice.
