With 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, this house offers an open floor plan for a living space with a dining room and kitchen. Fully fenced backyard is perfect for kids and pets with a direct access to the park.
It provides all essentials for your short and long-term stays. Fully stocked kitchen, extra bedding, washer and dryer, relaxing atmosphere with beautiful greenery in the backyard. Convenient location, close to major roads and stores.
Comfy sectional sofa in the living room with 55'' Roku TV, kids toys and books, high chair. Baby crib or packNplay can be provided upon request. This property is set up solely for guests. Pets are welcome with a pet fee of $150.
One thing to note is that it's a duplex with a garage converted into ADU, rented out separately. One parking spot on the driveway, and many parking spots available on the street.

Perfect for our family of three and pet! Fenced backyard was great. Great location next to a lovely park and access to grocery’s, restaurants, and activities. Beds were comfortable, towels were awesome, all appliances worked flawlessly. The BBQ situation was disappointing - previous guests had left the grill nasty. Overall good value for our extended stay in Vancouver.

Great space for a large family or group of friends and just 20 minutes outside of Portland. Hard to find places that can accommodate so many folks, so the price/size/location is hard to beat!

The place was very nice and clean ,and the neighborhood was very nice too. Loved it since it was close to grocery stores too. Great place we enjoyed it
