How accessible it was. Very clean and tidy. Great value for money.
The bed was uncomfortable but I think nothing will compare to your own bed.

Location was perfect for us, we had everything we needed and Mt Eden eateries were a just short distance away. Room was the perfect size for two people - we didn't use the kitchen or washer or drier, but good to know it's there for next time.
A bit of a whoopsy with the EV charger. I booked one ok, but my BYD only has a 3-pin plug, not an adapter at each end. They did have one to loan me, but the two of the keys that activated them hadn't been returned, so I couldn't use it. Not the end of the world, but a bit of a faff! They offered me free parking as I couldn't charge overnight like planned.

Location is close to family and facilities are very good.
Their late check in was frustrating with an AI secretary who took 6 goes to understand what name was being said. Then you have to remember a 6 digit code that you have to use on the safe when ‘she’ lets you into reception to access your key card. Then the parking spaces are not logically numbered or laid out so it made what should have been simple, simply frustrating. It was not a good first impression when someone has had a long day and is tired and just wants to get to their room!

The location worked well for us - we had a close family member's funeral to attend and our family live 5 minutes up the road.
The couch - think the desk could be taken away for a slightly larger couch to be used.
