This was our first time to the area and decided on Tops'l resort for the location and amenities. Beach access is super easy and the water is beautiful! We stayed in Beach Manor. The Tides condos were right next door. Beach Manor residents have access to a smaller pool but not to the larger pool at the Tides, which also has a pool bar and grill. We would have loved to have been able to go into that pool area.
Our condo was super nice and had a great view of the beach. The rooms were nice sizes and everyone had their own bathroom. Note- don't buy a lot of groceries as there is not a lot of storage in the kitchen. Rent your beach chairs early if you want a prime location on the beach. The guys in the guard shack were really helpful as well. You can rent daily but get in line early. The shack opens at 9
The rental company was so easy to work with and communication was very fast and helpful. We'll Definitely be back!!!

The unit was nice and clean with an excellent view. It was well equipped and comfortable. Topsl itself recently went through management changes after we already booked leaving us without access to the bar, restaurant, and main beach pool (there is still a smaller pool to use). Not the owner’s fault but I wish the management company had told us as soon as it happened as it was the main reason for booking this place. The beach chair service was not great. The guys working were disorganized and everyday was a guessing game of where we would be. You are better off just bringing your own chairs and setting up yourself. Once again, not the owners fault but the resort itself left a lot to be desired. It’s unfortunate as the unit was lovely. If you are going just for the beach and views and a comfortable condo, this was still a great place to stay.

We had a great time at this location! It was a nice condo with lots of kitchen accessories. The property group was excellent and really had the place stocked. One of the best property management company’s I have dealt with. The one thing I would add is if the condo gets cleaned and allows for a couple hours earlier entry that day it would be nice to get offered. I would definitely stay here again!
