This is an apartment with 3 large bed rooms. One of the bedrooms as a living area would be nice.
It is very close to the main square, Villa D'Este, and the castle. Tivoli was a great experience and this central apartment made everything accessible.
The key was tricky to get and we were lucky to get help from a neighbour.
There are 2 flights of stairs.
It was a bit noisy in the evening, but that's probably true everywhere in Tivoli.

Le camere spaziose e ordinate.
Consiglio di far trovare acqua e qualcosa da mangiare per l’arrivo, saponette/detergenti monouso

Good location close to the centre of Tivoli. Villa d'Este and Villa Gregoriana can both easily be reached on foot.
Clean, rather large bedrooms with comfy beds. No aircon, but temperetaure inside was okay.
No living room, so the kitchen table (4 chairs) becomes the central area of the flat.
Located on the second floor, and there is no lift (so be careful if you have heavy luggage).
Shower didn't work properly and only had cold water (not even lukewarm, just cold). Also there was no shampoo or shower gel at the place.
