The heating and hot water should be reliable as a minimum.

I liked the location when I booked, before the weather forecast of storms! The room was lovely and clean and the bed was comfortable.

Room 11 is top of the building up several flights of stairs. The room was only just about warm enough, but then the heating and hot water stopped on the first morning. We boiled the kettle to have wash. The second and last morning before we left the hot water was working but no heating. The owner was quite responsive on the Sunday morning and sent a plumber round.

Perfect stay - thank you.

Great location, with sea view. Large clean, bright and airy room. Water bottles in the fridge. Helpful friendly staff. Had everything we needed.

Nothing. It would have been great to have a top up of milk and tea bags.
