Great location, staff very accommodating.
My room was nice, my only complaint was the window looked out onto a space between the buildings rather than the street/garden. Sometimes a bit noisy as it was near the stairwell but not an issue as literally only slept there

Proximity to main attractions. Delicious scrambled eggs!

The location is perfect, right near to the wonderful Vondel park, the Rijeksmuseum and Van Gogh museum. The hotel has someone at the reception 24/7, and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. The room was big enough, and the bed was very comfortable.
The cleanliness of the bathroom was upsetting, something nasty was clogging the sink, the sink itself was yellow and dirty. And the shower floor seemed dirty as well. The toilet was clean.

They was no AC and the manager did not handle my concerns appropriately. The front office staff were great!
Bad customer service with manager and no AC.
I was traveling with an elderly woman and the lack of AC made it very difficult to sleep.
