The location of the hotel is great if you have any business with the university. The staff were great as well. It has a nice lounge are where you can chill in the evening with drinks and snacks.
The room is too small for two people. I know budget hotel like this, you can't expect a big room, but this one was one of the smallest I have been to! If you are traveling with two cabin luggage (or similar sized baggage), you'd have to close both to be able to freely move in the room.

Nice property - clean and friendly staff. You get a welcome drink on arrival
wish breakfast had more variety. Its a 40ish min bus ride to Antibes but 20 by uber so not too bad but there is price diff there as bus one way was 1.50 euros and uber was about 17 euros one way
