Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à nature house. Sandro est un excellent hôte, à la fois disponible et discret. La villa est parfaite, la literie confortable, l'équipement parfait. Emplacement parfait, permet de visiter facilement Palerme et ses environs. Nous recommandons chaleureusement ce logement.

Sandro is a generous and amazing host. He and his family also became our friends over the month we stayed here between early September and early October.
We were a group of four sharing three bedrooms in this lovely home we had entirely to ourselves. Whenever we thought we had a problem or needed directions anywhere, Sandro fixed it immediately or arranged a solution. Fortunately, Sandro's family live in a house next door: once they saw us trying to light the outside BBQ and asked if they could help. Another time Sandro arranged for me to visit a nearby reputable physiotherapist very quickly.
I personally do not speak much Italian yet, but was able to communicate easily with Sandro using Google-Translate or similar.
We arrived in the very hot summer of 2026. We learned to respect and value the use of electricity and water, and to discover the many ways the community of Carini recycles.
The home itself is very inviting and fully equipped, including in the kitchen and with towels and linens for the other rooms. The dining and living area is airy and bright.
Thankfully, both the air-conditioners also worked perfectly during hot afternoons. It was lovely to sit outside in the warm and gentle mornings or evenings. I am attaching many photos from our stay, including a few from Carini itself.
The various markets, Conad grocery stores, and the nearby Poseidon shopping mall were very convenient for most of our needs in or near Carini. A railway station is available in Carini where we once caught a short train-ride into the centre of the bustling city of Palermo.
For this property, it is necessary to hire a driver with a car or to rent a car if staying here for more than a couple of days. There is free parking within the property for a small car or street parking for a medium or larger car.

Avant tout, nous avons apprécié l’accueil et la gentillesse de Sandro. Avant même d’atterrir nous avions reçu un message avec toutes les indications, les conseils nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour en Sicile. Quelques adresses pratiques comme pour les courses ou des plages à découvrir… Un vrai plus dans son accueil. Ensuite, nous avons découvert cette superbe maison où on si sent bien à peine arrivé. Elle est propre, bien entretenue et bien équipée. Petit point d’honneur au jardin et au barbecue très agréable pour profiter en famille. La proximité avec l’aéroport est un vrai plus, ainsi que l’accès aux routes ou même au supermarché. Sandro est très réactif lors des échanges, il nous a même accueilli 1h avant l’heure d’arrivée prévu.
Merci d’avoir permis que notre séjour sois si agréable.
Il faut apprendre à vivre avec la gestion d’électricité car le courant peux disjoncter facilement (mais on s’y fait vite).
Bruits des travaux à proximités mais nous les entendions uniquement le matin car nous déjeunions dans le jardin mais lorsque les fenêtres sont fermées pour la climatisation, tout est très bien isolé. Je pourrais juste conseiller de rajouter un petit meuble de rangement pour les provisions.
